We have had our 2009 SFS33 for a year now, spent 4 months away last winter in it. Worked well for us. Like the wide open full body slide. Like the nice high ceiling
We bought ours, It was previously lightly used for 2 years, 7000 miles.
We had set on a price we were willing to pay. We thought it was a better value than new entry models we were looking at but we would have not looked at a new one due the price.
Inside:
Fairly nice cabinetry and materials seem to be holding up nicely.
A little tight down the non slide side in the bedroom.
Should have had a divider between the front area and bathroom area if you have guests using the front section.
Swapped out the bathroom sink taps as original were too short and got the cabinets all wet.
Have found no real things we could not live with.
Outside:
Like the one piece windshield, looks nice with full body paint.
That being said it is a little delicate around trees, easy to scratch. Not sure if that's the case with all full body paints compared to fiberglass and decal models.
Nice storage bay doors, good fit and finish.
Not sure if the cable operated black and grey water valves are a good idea, I think they should have plumbed the valves to the locker rather than using cables. OK now but a little concerned down the line.
Mechanical:
Ours is on the Workhorse Chassis. Like the big 22.5 Alcoa wheels
Pleased with the gas engine and Alison transmission.
It was taxed a bit in the mountains but we were in no hurry.
Cabin noise is way down compared to our 13 year old MoHo.
We have had a couple of mechanical defects being repaired right now, one with the Bosch brakes, another is with the Carrier A/C.
You will not have these issues because the brakes come with the Workhorse Chassis and you may not have the Carrier as they are not being made anymore.
Again we were comparing a relatively luxury model compared to entry level models and did not compare any others in that price point.
