monitor
We have a 2003 Monaco Windsor. We pulled in last night, backed into the shed, hooked up the power cord, and unloaded. Unfortunately, the power never charged the battery as the monitor said "waiting for AC".
The batteries are now totally drained. So, did I hit some button by mistake or what can I do to remedy the problem without calling Monaco and spending an hour on hold? Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you don't have shore power. Check your cord, plug, and circuit breaker. Maybe while you were away from home something happend to trip the breaker.

Did you check the switch next to the door. It is easy to turn off. Also look at the breakers on your inverter.

Last week I called Monaco 3 times and actually got through without being put on hold and got my questions answered. Things are hopfully improving, I hate being put on hold like everyone.

The problem is in the 50 amp power source. I hooked it up to the 30 amp supply we had for the last trailer and it worked fine. Thanks for the suggestions and happy camping!

Are you at home or in a campground? In some parks if you want 50 amp service you pay extra.. Now there is two ways they can keep you from using 50 amps
1: Lock the breaker at the box off
2: Turn off a "remote" breaker in the park store
Sounds like you have a tripped breaker on the 50 amp outlet somewhere.

His post indicates he backed in the shed so I would guess he is at home.
