My Dynasty air bags leak down only on the rt side and not the left. Stops at about 35 psi. Takes only about 1/2 hour to go down. Is a lg pain when shopping!Would these symptoms be any hint as to where to start looking for leak(s)? I'm hoping it's not a bag! Also,,, is it normal for engine compressor to refill at such a slow rate? I've tried the cruise trick but can't get it to kick on. What's the male air chuck sticking out front of firewall used for? thx

Most likely you have a stuck air valve. Not the bag. If you are aired up and coach is level listen for escaping air. I think you will find it is the valve is stuck. The air chuck up front (if like mine) is to enable you to attach a hose and fill bike tires etc. There is also a twist valve that will spit out any water in the system.

That is a really big leak, should not be hard to find.

Rick: It would help if you told us the year and model of your coach. If both front and rear on one side are losing air it is not the bags. Your compressor should be able to build pressure from zero to 120 lbs. at aidle in 7 minutes or less. There are other tests as well for the compressor. If your air is dropping that quickly you should be able to hear the leak.

As others stated, I would start by checking leveling valves and associated connections. I would start at the right rear corner. Normally, there are three leveling valves: one on each rear corner, and a single valve up front to control both bags. The front valve only controls the height of the front end, while the rear valves control not only the height of the rear end, but also the left/right lean. So while you would think that a lean to the right would involve leakage on two air bags, in reality just the right rear leaking is enough to do it.

Of course, you could have more than one leak, but look for the single point failure first. I bet it will be in the vicinity of the left rear bag or leveling valve.

Define slow. And how are you trying to get fast idle? On mine, I first hit the on/off button to turn on the cruise control, and then the set button to get fast idle.

As already stated, the female coupling is so you can attach a hose to inflate tires and other items. But the male stud is there so a tow truck driver can pressurize the air tanks so that the parking brake can be released.

Thx for help. The chuck in front had a mud dauber in it so will cap it in future! My cruise wants to kick on but goes back to idle. Works ok on highway. I've just realized today that the front air leaks also! Need to block up before crawling under!
