Robin, we so agree with you, can't imagine why our '08 Neptune doesn't have one. Our electrical panel backs up our bathroom wall, but not where the current light switches are. Do you think we could have a water pump switch installed to the same stud the electrical anel is on? Maybe below the electrical panel or above it.
Also, we are looking into purchasing a powermaster booster VC-50 that has a built in surge gard...do you have any thoughts on this. We have never had a problem with power surges or "dirty" current plugging into a campsite, but it seems to be a very common modification. There has got to be a reason so many RV'rs use them. Maybe we have just been lucky the past 30+ years we have been RV'n.
We are not really very "handy" especially doing electrical things, so we probably would not have the powermaster booster "built-in". I think we can purchase a lock for the power pole connection. Thanks for your input.

sydney cain....You should be able to remove the hall panel, tap into the water pump with a momentary switch and fish the wires into the bathroom. Check Northwest RV Supply or Mega RV parts for a replacement switch that will have an additional position for the momentary switch.
