motorhome storage?

my dynasty has always spent winter in a heated garage. the storage fees are getting pretty pricey and i'm thinking of going with unheated storage. it would be in a well built insulated building, but not heated. the past storage was kept above zero all winter. what are your thoughts on winter storage without heat? i'm thinking more along the lines of condensation issues? any thoughts would be appreciated!

I've never had heat, or indoor storage for that matter.
This will be my first winter with power, and I am considering not winterizing the plumbing...
condensation has never been a problem

I would have NO problem with non-heated storage. Since it's inside, the daily temp variations will not be that great compared to being outside in the sun. So the condensation issues will be greatly reduced.

I stored my MH outside in Illinois for a couple of winters, but I was able to keep an electric heater inside (running on low setting) to keep the temperature above ambient. (It was fully winterized) I had no condensation problems and only minor rodent problems. If your unheated stroage unit has power, the heater might help.
