We have red lights flashing on our Multiplex system but everything is working -- any ideas?

Turn off the salesman switch by the entry door for a few minutes, & see if the multiplex will reprogram -- Bill Willard

When I was having trouble with my Multiplex I even went so far as to physically disconnect the batteries. No change. Is it only one module flashing red?? Did you look to see which circuits are affected? Do they flash even when that circuit is not active. In my case I had overhead lights that turned off when too many were turned on. The fuses were fine. The fix was to run a heavier power source wire to the module. The mfr. of the Multiplex system was aware that Monaco had not wired them correctly. I tried calling the mfr. but they do not offer any consumer support. I was giventhe name of some company that does support for that product on a pay per call basis!! In the end when my unit was being serviced by some ex Monaco techs they were able to call the mfr. and get the fix. Have you called Monaco tech support?

On Edit:

Did you check your battery voltage??

Thanks for all of the suggestions. After troubleshooting the problem, we found a bad ballister in a kitchen light. Replaced the light and reset the multiplex system. All is well now.
