Need help finding a front cap

The insurance company rep and I have been looking for a replacement front cap to repair my coach damaged in a collision a month ago. The folks at Colaw's thought they had one but it didn't pan out.
I salvaged all the big pieces but it will be a lot easier, quicker and CHEAPER if they can avoid having to rebuild the front cap. That's important because the responsible party's policy has a $50,000 limit of liability and I'm afraid we are going to exceed that.
I'm already having problems with both her insurance company and mine as both companies say they have a $1,000 limit for reimbursement of living expenses and I have spent almost $3,000 on hotels in the past month. Almost all of that was due to them dragging their feet. I'm ending up doing all the leg work while they do who knows what.
If anyone has any leads on a front cap for a 2005 Monaco Knight M40PLQ with a 2 piece windshield I would love to hear from you.
Thanks!Click image for larger version

Check with Visione RV in KY. They are a large salvage company and every time I've been there they've had lots of RV in the yard.

If you get desperate, look for an HR Ambassador front cap. The lights are different but I believe the cap is identical on the Knight and Ambassador.

I would have them rebuild the cap. My body guy can do wonders with fiberglass.

I like your coach choice. Same model and color! By the way, don't try to match paint color. Mine is a perfect match to a Toyota paint~

I agree with the post regarding rebuilding the front cap. A capable fiberglass shop should be able to create a replacement from your damaged cap. Using your damaged cap as a backbone with the damaged pieces and stitching them together should do it.
I have had to repair our front cap for minor damage with great success.
It's an option to explore.

JimB

Have done a good bit of fiberglass work when we had sailboats. Do it right, it is stronger that original.

Just because a person has low limits on their policy doesn't mean they don't have to pay it. Their ins will pay the max, yours should kick in the rest, then they will sue the other party for what they paid you. Keep al your receipts.

You can try AZ RV Salvage. The guys there seem to have an attitude sometimes but they have a Diplomat and an Endeavor. The problem is the front end is usually the first thing damaged.

Thanks to all of you for your helpful tips. The body shop guy and I pretty much called them all. After more than a week on the phone he finally found one in California.
Unfortunately, he won't cut it off and ship it to the body shop until after Thanksgiving. Once we get it the body shop guy says they will try to fit us into their busy schedule which could take weeks. Once in the door he estmates they can get it done in a month.
We have already had to cancel plans to visit our camping buddies in Montana and caravan with them down to Lake Powell and then Quartzite. The only bright side to this situation is we can spend the holidays with two of our sons here in Colorado.
I'm really glad I decided to buy an Extend-A-Stay a few months ago for no apparent reason. We're down in the low 20s at night. I just bought a new 20# propane cylinder at Costco and borrowed another from a son so we and our plumbing don't freeze too badly. Every couple of days it's off to TCS for propane. We could go longer but there is lots of cold air coming in from around the windshield which is still hanging (barely) by the 1000mph tape.
Again, thank you all very much for your help, suggestions and well wishes.
