Neither Front or Rear A/C will run

I have a 2003 Holiday Rambler Endeavor.
I went inside to check on everything as I do weekly and noticed that it was hot inside. I keep the t-stat set at 90*F so as to keep humidity at bay.
I checked stat and it was set correctly so I turned it down to 70* to see if A/C units would come on-they did not!
I am connected to a 50 amp service(shore power)
I did some troubleshooting and found no 110 volts to A/C units.
Checked breakers but found they were good-110 volts passing thru them but the wiring went from breakers to a electronic controller called an EMS controller.(Intellitec model 760)
I need to know whether this controller is working correctly or not.
Does anyone know where I can get a manual that shows how this control works?
Any help will be appreciated!

When both ACs won't run, its usually the 12 volt that's missing, not the 120 VAC unless you lost all VAC to the coach. Did you check your 12 VDC cut off switch

My Intellitec EMS board failed, to get AC I just bypassed it until fixed. You could try doing this with one of them just to eliminate the EMS system as your problem.

Funny thing-I went back in the coach this morning with the intention of trying to locate the problem armed with the manual that MSHappyCampers provided the link to-and mysteriously both of the A/C units were online and operational again!
Apparently there is an intermittant problem that has cleared itself.
Thanks for all the responses-I guess I will be happy that the problem has gone away.
At least if the problems re-occur, I have more info to be able to troubleshoot.
