New carpet for 07 Sceptor??????

I need to replace the carpet in our 07 HR Sceptor, with 4 slides. Do any of you that have done it have any suggestions or tips? Did you have a carpet layer do it, or would a person be better off to take it to one of those repair, remodel shops? Thanks for any and all help.

My DW and I want to do the same thing in our 05 sceptre. I feel that a experienced carpet layer is the guy for the job, especially in the closet area. I have always felt that you can't beat a person who does things for a living. Not saying a amatuar can't do it ...but how many of us has cut twice.... and still too small.....LOL

I say leave it to the pro's

I would stick with a place that does RV remodel restoration. They will know how to get the carpet out from under the slides and how to attach it in many of the strange area we have in motor homes. One other caution do not use a Berber carpet. They tend to unravel at cut edges.
