New driver-side mirror for 2004 Windsor
Someone forgot to check their awning on Sunday, and ended up destroying our driver-side mirror. I've been trying to figure out where to get a new mirror from, but it has been a challenge. REV got me part number 10111914, but that mirror is a 2-piece mirror, not a 3-piece mirror like we have on the passenger side.
Any ideas where I could get one of these mirrors from?

Try finding it here, if it is a Velvac you can order parts direct from them.
https://www.velvac.com/products/mirrors
There are also parts breakdown listed that you can download

Thank you, I did find 715281-4 on the Velvac website, but it says that this one is for a 2001 Monaco Dynasty.
Driver Side - Chrome, Triple Glass Mirror Head with Heated/Remote Controlled Glass (all three pieces of glass are heated and remote control adjustable), 12" Radius Base w/ 5 Degree Tilt, 10" Arm with Turn Signal
NOTE: On the 2001 Monaco Dynasty, the mirror used was Part No. 714301-4. This part no. (715281-4) serves as a DIRECT REPLACEMENT for that older number, and the service parts shown here will also work on the 714301.
Fits: 2001 Monaco Dynasty

Model 2030 Mirror
Driver Side - Chrome, Deluxe Mirror Head with Heated/Remote Controlled Flat Glass and Heated/Manual Convex Glass, 9" radius base, 14" Arm with Turn Signal... this mirror was only used on coaches manufactured prior to May 2004; if the mirror you have does not look like the one pictured here, contact Monaco for more information.
So maybe our Windsor was made after May, and as such, the mirror is different?

Some of the Monaco coaches used Ramco mirrors. My old 2005 Imperial was Ramco. Velvac and Ramco make mirrors that are very similar when looking at a catalog.

Thanks for that... I checked out Ramco after your reply. I'm pretty sure our replacement mirror is a Velvac (715293-4) - but hoping to finally hear back from REV today.
So frustrating being stuck somewhere, because of someone else's silliness (guy with the awning out) and then have it take so long to figure out what the part is. Engine problems, no problems, call Cummins. Mirror problems...

The manufacturer of the mirror may be stamped inside of the mounting base. It will require removing the mount from the MH fiberglass. It looks to be attached with four screws.
When removing the base, be sure to disconnect the wiring inside of the arm before removing the base. There is probably a hole in the bottom of the arm with access to the wiring. The unit gets pretty heavy trying to support it while disconnecting the wiring. Been there done that!
If you go to the web site for Pacific RV Mirrors, they have a listing of manufacturers of vehicles on the left side of the page. Click on Monaco, then the model you have, then the year of the MH. That will take you to the page with the previously mentioned possible parts you need.

The white label that shows up in your picture (on the bottom of the convex mirror) should have your model #. I recently had to replace one of my mirrors and was able to get a better price from Pacific then dealing with Velvac directly. I believe Pacific does have some mirrors listed on ebay, maybe even cheaper than on their website.

I just recently replaced my mirror on my 2006 Camelot. I won't be any help because mine was a two-unit mirror but I can give you some advice don't buy from Monaco. I Had a quote of $1,500 from a Camping World local where I was at in Colorado Springs to replace. I caledl the ramco factory direct and I paid only $325 it was fairly easy to replace you just need to unplug the wires in the arm and the mounting ball which connects the mirror to the arm was removable with two screws. about an hour job with the right tools fairly easy to do. My accident was with a tree at a very tight campsite definitely a driver error I was driving!! Ramco shippd the mirror to the next campsite I was going to be at for a few days.
