Following this discussion I took a closer look at our Exec panel, much different than the Sig was. I have a little studying to do!

I was able to put 13.2 volts to ignition hot (the one reading 6.9) from a "house" source and she acted normal and fired up. I disconnected this "jumper" immediately and everthing worked fine for about 6 cycles and now Im back to low voltage coming to ignition. Will investigate more tomorrow.

When it acts up try holding your aux start button down. If that helps I might be able to help you chase it down.

I have an 08 Endeavor and had some issues long ago.

In the front run panel there is a small panel below it. Get some measurements on the large wires coming in when things are working. Better yet, take pictures of everything in that cabinet below the driver and print them out. The write down working voltage of every large cable you see.

When it fails, carefully take measurement again and try not to disturb things. Be gentle and after taking those readings compare them.

Long long ago there were some problems with "chassis splices". Haven't heard of anyone having that issue for quite some time.
