When I parked my coach 2 months ago the turn signals were working fine. Started up to go to a rally and now there are no turn signals or hazard lites. Fuses are fine in the fuse bay but I have no testing equipment for testing what appear to be self resetting fuses labled L and R Turn in the rear engine compartment. Just wondering if someone would have an idea of what may have happened or what else to check. These are the only fuses that I can find in the owners manual.

Have you checked the silver flasher plugged in fuse panel?

I went to a repair shop that was recommended as being very good to diagnose 12 v problems. We went through fuses, etc pressed all connections that were visable and then I went up and pulled out the hazard flasher button to see if anything would work.
Eureka, all turn signals were working! The tech guy said he had run accross a few instances of the hazard lite on=== off switch somehow causing this same problem. All I can relate to fellow readers is that in this instance it seemed to fix the problem. I had spent a lot of time checking and rechecking the fuses but had only checked the hazard on off switch under the steering colume once and had not really pulled on it very firmly at all.

Don't know what coach you have but on our coach I have twice had the "flasher" relay stick and all I had to do was pull it off the circuit board, tap it, reinstall it and it then worked. Not sure about the emergency flasher switch theory except that the turn signals and the emergency flash are all controlled by the same relay. I would suspect the relay and if it now works I would suspect that it was stuck.

A suggestion - it is much easier to help those who put some information about their coach either in the signature or somewhere in the post. These rigs can be very different and solutions to problems vary widely based on coach year, model, type, etc. Hope this helps in the future.

Lew
