Received a certified letter from Norcold it seems my fridg in my 02 Diplomat that I have owned for 6 yrs and have checked on the recall list is now on the recall list. What's up do they keep expanding the list? Was told in the past it was not on the list have been using it almost full time for the past 6 yrs now it's a fire hazard

To be honest after seeing many of the pictures that people have posted up after removal of their Norcold where the back upper section of the cabinet had been charred I highly expected to see something like that in ours but nothing. No sign of our Norcold ever being warm enough to discolor or char anything in the refrigerator cabinet at all. I was glad to see that, made me feel better about the old Norcold at least for the past 12 years in the coach and 8+ that we have owned it. In the back of my mind I always was concerned about it, even after the recalls were addressed but all of that was no reason.
