Norcold not cooling lower fridge

i have a 2001 dynasty my norcold frig part isn't getting cold like it should have anyone out there had a simila problem i repaced the themostat its gets cool but not cool enough i would be greatful for any help thanks

Sometimes it's the thermocouple that's clipped on the cooling fins inside the box. Since the freezer is working, I don't think it'll be too hard to troubleshoot.

This problem seems to be quite common. In my case, the fridge lost it's cool while under way. When stopped, it performs acceptably. I added four "pancake" fans as exhaust helpers on the top (vent). It helps, but I still have issues when driving. Conventional wisdom points to an opening in the insulation. Have not had the time or courage to pull the fridge and look for that problem. Good luck.

Time to replace the nocold with a household type. They are cheaper than the nocold and use very little power.
