Not dumping air

I want to leave the coach aired up so I can work on a slide tomorrow. Are there any issues with putting the jacks down to level a bit while not dumping air? Ours is a 2005 Safari Cheetah, 38PDQ. Thanks.

I have done that with my DS several times. It just makes your first step a doozy.
