Numerous Electrical Issues
On a recent trip it was discovered the alternator was overcharging the batteries. The alternator along with the chassis batteries and isolator were replaced. The RV sat in storage for a couple of months and had to be jumped started. The battery switches for the chassis and house batteries were both turn off.
Driving down the road yesterday I initially discovered the overhead lights, radio, compass and sun shades would not work. Amazingly after an hour on the road everything was working. Came home and put the drivers slide out. This morning, once again the overheads lights, radio, compass, sun shades are not working along with all slides cannot be moved in or out.
The initial problem I was working are the power steps and keyless entry not working. Tried resetting the entry code with no luck. Have only found one fuse under the passengers armrest and it is 30 Amps. Contacts for the door plungers are clean and connected. Still are not working.
I have checked all fuses and connectors in the outside compartment under the drivers seat. Nothing seems to work with either the engine running, shore or generator problem.
Any suggestion (with the exception of a stick of dynamite) will greatly be appreciated. Definitely sounds like a trip to the service center is required once I am able to get the drivers slide in.

What is the condition and voltage of the batteries as of now? Ensure all charging sources and the batteries are good before moving to individual item issues.

FWIW It sounds like the batteries are low and may be toast from sitting around without a charge.

When seamingly disconnected items give problems at the same time, it is usually a bad ground.

Chassis batteries are at 12.7. Have four Interstate Deep Cycle 6V house batteries at 7.00 to 7.03 range.

Has the overcharging issue been fixed ?
You are claiming 12.7 on chassis and 14.3 on the house.
Is this with the engine running ?
Overcharging issues with isolator systems are usually (internal) "alternator regulator" related. The alternator regulator needs to be a DUVAC type and connected properly.
Many mechanics are not familiar with how they work.

Stupid question, but what coach do you have? What year?
I would test the batteries and check all ground connections.

I think the overcharge issue was a bad chassie battery and not the Altanator and the other issues could be tied to the overcharging of the bad battery, check the relays for the problem areas by swapping out with a relay that is working like it is supposed to.

To stop repeating, intermittent "Gremlins"
Devote a weekend to pulling every fuse, every relay, every connector you can find, spray each with WD-40, and reconnect. Also, locate every ground buss bar on your coach, spray each with WD-40, and re-tighten. Been there, done that--TWICE. It took me two coaches (slow learner) to become convinced of the value of this priceless preventive maintenance.

X2!! If everyone would make this simple change, the answers to their questions might come so much more quickly...and accurately.

I had similar on/off problems on my 2002 Monaco with slides, radio, shades etc, it turned out to be a bad solenoid in engine compartment, right side. You may want to check it out.
Also had over charging of batteries, ended up being bad diodes in alternator.
