ISL 400 had several pan depths and go from 24 to 36 quarts on oil change. My 02 non emissions dump truck engine is 34 qts and then there is the filter.


They are serial number dependant dont just guess from a manual

You can go to the HR website and download the owner's manual. If you are a paper person and don't have a printer, one of the office supply stores (office depot, etc.) could even print it for you.

I recently change oil for the first time in my 2006 built ISL 400. I put in 24 qts with filter change. Which left it below the the full mark.... as I’ve read that you can get blow-by if filled to the MAX on some engines.
