I have one old style TriMark key fob that I no longer need. You can't get them anymore, so this one is free to someone who has a broken one and needs a replacement. The one I have is for the TriMark lock system that was installed in pre-2008 coaches. It is the black rectangular fob with 4 square buttons. If you have a broken one and need a replacement, send me a PM and it's your's for the asking. You will need to program it to your system. Instructions for that are here.

I needed to replace one fob and couldn't find one, so I replaced the entire system with the newer style that TriMark now makes. I'm also adding a number keypad outside next to the entrance door, and an impulse relay to turn the porch light off and on with the "star button" on the key fob. More details to follow when the project is done, but here is a preview if the work in progress.

Did you get the keypad from Trimark directly or did you find it at another source??

Thanks

I got it from TriMark. Price was $89, plus $5 for a two foot harness, which I extended to the length needed.

I've got all the wiring and the programming done and everything works, including controlling the porch light with the key fob. However, I have not yet installed the keypad. I'm trying to decide if I have the tools and the courage to cut a hole in the side of the motorhome, or if I should let the dealer do that.

I'll post more details and pictures when the project is finished.

Dennis,

There are a lot of variations of the system, and TriMark makes several different models of systems for various applications. To be perfectly clear, IF you already have this keyless entry system, which is the newer style manufactured in 2007 and later; and you simply want to add this keypad, (pictured on the floor here) which will plug directly into it, then here are the part numbers to order from TriMark.....

KeyPad (can get this in vertical or horizontal format): Part # for vertical one is 22577-05. Cost $89.00

24" harness for keypad, which you can exentend: Part # 22305-01. Cost $5.12

They also make a lighted grab handle with an integrated keypad, which would be a lot more expensive, I'd guess.

Thanks, that's the same unit I have in my 2008, in fact, I also purchased a spare unit with 2 key fobs, all factory new for $45 on E-bay, I didn't think I could buy new fobs for that price. Here is a link in case you want a spare, he still has 3 of them. Trimark keyless entry system RV e-FOB receiver - eBay (item 330420240813 end time Dec-28-10 20:31:34 PST)

robin,
thanks for the manual it will help programming my FOB as I didn't receive one when I purchased my 2005 Monaco, though I cant find the receiver under the dash. Do you have any idea where Monaco mounts the recievers in their Diplomat models. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Dan.

Hi Dan,

Mine was right behind the dash panel that contains the heating controls. But it could be anywhere under there. Some have found it up under the top dash access hatch.

My Camelot came with Keyless and I found the Tri Mark under the Cup Holder on the Passengers side.

Yep, that's where they put it on the higher end coaches with remote cargo door locks or an outside key pad. It most likely won't be there on the Dip.
