I have a bedroom slide leak because the picture framing around the slide is bent and slilt out at the top f the slide--Monaco puts 2 rivets into it to hold it up straight but the weight of the slide topper roll-up has bent it out at the top and rain is leaking into Rv----would take all the comments to fix from anybody!!!!! Thanks I am attaching a picture of Drifters RV that I copied from one of his earlier posts to show the rivets at the top---Hope You don't mind Drifter!!!!

Steve

The rivets are supposed to be attached through the picture framing trim into a small piece of aluminum strapping for a backer support. I had a problem with some rivets coming lose so I changed the rivets to stainless and added a larger steel backer strap for more trim support. The awning bracket should screw through the outside framing trim into the slide structure and should not be bending the framing trim.
