Onan generator parts

Hey guys,
I'm looking to do a complete service on my 10k Onan and was wondering where most people are getting parts from, filters, spark arrester etc.
Thanks

What year is your coach?
Early Onan 10k and 12.5k generators use an Isuzu engine and newer (around 2006) use a Kubota engine.
I look up the part number for each part and then search for the best source. I found some of the parts very reasonable on eBay.

Some tips. The fuel filter is the same as the 82-92 Chevy/GMC 6.2L diesel pickup. I get these from Rock Auto for under $15.
The Cummins 187-1289 glow plugs are the same as NGK 5392 Y720U. $10 each from NGK instead of $40 each from Cummins/Onan.
Hope this helps.

Vito is right, Onan doesn't necessarily make their own parts - for instance they use NGK glow plugs - do a little research and you can frequently save some money for the same exact part.

My 12.5 HDKCB Spec B has a Kubota D1703 engine. Kubota dealer prices are no cheaper than Onan and Onan part numbers are proprietary so it takes some work to find alternative parts.

I use Amazon and NAPA Auto Parts Stores - I do not buy branded Onan/Cummins parts ...

I am very skeptical of Amazon parts, there are a lot of knockoffs there. I called a transmission parts company to ask about the correct part number I found on Amazon and they said it wasn't theirs regardless of the part description and that it was a knockoff.

I have a couple of Rolex and Bvlgari watches that were about $15.......
