Hi Phillip, what exactly is your issue with your coach? Have you asked here previously? There tends to be so much good info here, perhaps someone (more knowledgeable than I) will be able to help with your specific problem. Unfortunately, sometimes it does come down to taking it to a repair facility, but do tell, what needs fixing?

<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-title">quote:</div><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-content">We just found a small wet spot in the bedroom on the floor at the end of the bed? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
So, is this the problem?? Heck, someone could have spilled some water, or a drink..If you can't figure out where it is coming from, and you are there where you can look and maybe have some idea, you expect someone 500+ miles away to be able to figure it out over the phone??
I used to provide computer support over the telephone, and it was impossible to figure out some of the problems, and as soon as the person brought the computer over and could duplicate the problem, it would be an easy fix...Telephone support is not the easy thing to accomplish that some people think it should be.
I would not think this is one that will be solved by calling tech support.

Having stated the above, the first thing I would look at if it was my coach is the AC. Do you have one above this spot?? When was the last time the bolts that serve to seal it to the roof were checked and tightened?? When was the last time the roof seams and all openings in the roof were inspected for cracks and re-sealed? I've seen water actually travel uphill if the surface tension of the water was not broken by something touching it. Water can and will travel to spots that you would never believe it could. It could be entering at the skylight over the shower and travel on the roof framing before finding a place to drip. In this case, your bedroom..Who knows without inspecting the roof??

Sorry, I don't read all of your posts. I believe that if you follow some the suggestions that SacTC stated it could soon be solved. You could go to the wet spot and just look up. If nothing is there then pull the carpet and follow the wet area ect.....

Man you guys sure don't want to hear anything bad about Monaco tech.
I was just saying that this is the 5 th time with no help.
I know they can't fix every thing over the phone, but maybe lead you in the right direction.
In my post I said no rain and no AC on?
Just a spill,I don't think so.
Just my wife and I.
I have talked to other people that got John for help, they also said it was like talking to the wall.
They just hook and called back, to get someone else.

OK.. time out everyone...
rvtips...in defense of the other posters here... you must understand that things may not be read in order or read at all...and then they may not pay attention to who started the post...so no one would neccessarily know you are talking about "the bedroom wet spot" when you started this thread.
People here have admitted here that they don't always get their problems resolved when calling tech support...so it isn't that they don't want to hear anything bad about "Monaco tech" ... but the overall response has not been a bad one for many here.
Any of us who have had a water leak (YES...even MonacoMama has had that dastardly problem) can vouch that EVEN when the techs are in front of and facing that problem..that it isn't always found the first or even the second time around.
Not defending anyone here...but you must understand that this particular problem is not an easy answer...and I feel that after I have had a leak chased down for 9 months...that it is an impossible one to even think about chasing down over the phone...
...my suggestion...this is one that you need to do as Sacs or Drifter suggested ...and more than likely...a trip to Service will be called for....
OK..everyone...Mama says...play nicely....

I was a Tec for many years on large trucks. I handled may calls from drivers with problems over the phone. Sometimes simple and sometime I never figured what he or she was talking about. That don't make me a bad Tec. Maybe the person explaining the problem should have more information. Is that person a Bad operator of the vehicle. NO .. Sorry your problems have not been fixed over the phone. Im sure Monaco would have sooner helped you fix the problem. I have called 3 times and received help. If you want the problem fixed. Spend the Money and take it to someone who can spend the time to find and fix the problem. Remember us Tec guys get $125.00 per hour. I would use the free help and keep looking. By the way water leaks can take all day to find and 5 min. to repair. Hope this helps. I think you need to fix the leak and hopefuly someone with the same coach may have had the same problem. Good Luck. If I was close to you I would be glad to help. I think you will find there are many people here ready to help.

Taking NO ONE's side here, it does help to explain what the problem is and what is requested. As 'Mama and a few others have said, please help us help you.
To help understand how this forum works, as soon as someone submits a post, it gets tagged with a 'time-date' stamp, which means that if another person posts something else about a completely-different subject immediately after, that original post becomes 'frozen' at that time and can lose all trackability to the original structure of the forum at the initial time. When another person posts to the ORIGINAL particular thread, it takes up from there but there's no guarantee that means something being viewed later in time will be in the same chronological order as when posted.
Some (ok, maybe ALL ) of us have probably been exactly where you are right now, we do love our coaches but at times things can (and do) get very very frustrating. We're here to do our best to help you, so please let us know how we can help. Trust me, you will get thru this.
Thanks!
Ron

Can you blott it dry? If you can ,do so, and then place a dry sheet of paper towel or newspaper over the spot. If the water is coming down, the paper will get wet, if it is coming from the floor up the paper will stay dry. This should help in finding the source of the water. This is only my idea of trying to find the source. I am sure there are many others with a better idea. But you got to start somewhere.

Our Monaco bedspread was ruined from water that dripped down from the air conditioner. The large water spot could not be removed.
The air conditioner was repaired under warranty, but it took speaking to several different Monaco Techs over a couple months before they would finally agree to send us a replacement bedspread (our Christmas present from Monaco).
We also had issues with Monaco Techs regarding our rear camera viewing area, but it wasn't until I found Mama's post on another site that I learned Monaco had solved the issue with a replacement camera cover. The Techs didn't seem to know about it until I provided the Monaco P/N, and then it was sent right away.
I agree, Monaco needs a lot of improvement in their Tech Support and I advised them of that in the survey they recently sent me.
Knowing what I know now about Monaco's Tech Support, I would still buy the same coach over the others that I evaluated just based on engineering design.
