Online Purchase - Company Reputable?

I'm looking to purchase a Roadmaster Blackhawk 2 All Terrain tow bar and the following site has a good price but before I purchase from them wanted to know if anyone had done business with them and are they reputable?

Thanks

I just checked there for a base plate, they were about $35 to $40 lower than rv upgrades, but the shipping and the light kit was higher. It only cost $3.00 more to buy my parts from RV Upgrades...Bruce

Ken, I have bought from Adventure RV's eBay site and been pleased with their service. They sent me an e-mail with the tracking number when they shipped it. I received the towbar (a Blue Ox Aventa LX) within a few days.

As Bruce mentioned above, a lot of vendors are very close in price when you factor in shipping, also if you call them I'm sure RV Upgrades will match the price.

Ken....Check the price for all the components. I bought my Sterling All Terrain from one company and the baseplates from another.

Thanks for the input. I've checked and after factoring in freight looks like Adventure RV is about $100 cheaper.

Just make sure Roadmaster will honor the warranty on a tow bar sold by this company. It would be bad news if the tow bar failed, caused a problem with your TOAD and product was not backed by Roadmaster. Ebay sellers come and go and can be hard to find when there are major problems.

Did you check out PPL? They have sales occasionally. I have had real good and fast service from them.

Adventure RV is a very reputable retailer that also has an eBay presence, which sometimes has the same price on an item but includes free shipping. Their products are brand new and come with full factory warranty.

I bought a Blue Ox tow bar from them about six months ago. They beat every price I could find and shipped it promptly.

Bought a Blue Ox from them. Tow bar and plate for a Sebring. Had Campers World in Knoxville install them. Very happy with them and no problems.
