Original Solar Panel What Wattage.

The two panels are approximatly
48 x 12ea. I'm guessing with old school cells on them 25watts per panel. Maybe enough to keep up with parasitic draw and fridge controls.Click image for larger version

What year, make, and model is your coach?
Were these factory installed panels?

If you call and get the datacard for your coach AND those panels are OEM, it will have the panel info on your datacard - here's mine:

Or bring home the two huge folders. Its not real important it's just been running around in my brain.

I do not have documentation for that year, but from the ones I've seen that was a very high end coach.
I can tell you ours has one 100w panel and a Heliotrope 45D charge controller. The single panel provides 3-5 amps in sunlight depending on conditions and Monaco allowed enough charge controller capacity for five 100w panels.

First check your owners manual for your charge controller specs. If it will take additional panels, check under your roof refrigerator vent for a combiner box that you can wire additional panels to. You could also remove the smaller panels and replace them with newer higher output panels. I'm seeing 200w 12v panels commonly on eBay.

Solar panel efficiency per surface area really has not changed much since your coach was built, what they have got better at doing is building them with less blank space between the individual cells and around the edges of the panels. But even this typically only means a modern 25 watt panel will take up the foot print of an older 20 watt panel.
