Friends visiting from Montana with a 2004 HR Endenver(?), have broken the entry door handle due to it jamming up....it's made by Tri mark.....be best to call them for a replacement?

Yes call Trimark and they will fix you up asap. Replacement is simple to do.

I know they're easy to replace, but there seems to be a lot of models, so I figured it'd be best to let them sort it out with manif......the pics they sent me didn't show a very good view..got the phone number off the net....
