I am still waiting for a dash panel that was broken during the installation of the 3rd dash radio, plus I am am waiting for a cabinet door that fell apart because of it wasn't glued properly. Both items was ordered in OKTOBER 2008. I have lost count of how many weeks that is but it is more than 6.

The door did arrive in January just before they shut down the service department, but they send us the wrong size.

Deep breath....... Honey, go get me my Valium before I get all exited again........deep breath......

Ahhhhh - that was better

Freebird:

Why would you buy brake parts from Monaco? Is there something unique to Monaco in the brake system? You should be able to buy those parts anywhere and not wait for Monaco. Plus they will be less expensive elsewhere. What parts do you need?

The nice thing about being out of warranty is that you can go find your own parts at a better price.

Freebird23, crawl under your rig and look at the axle. It will have a tag with the manufacturer information. Any good truck shop can get the parts and fix your coach. Most RV Dealers will send it out to a truck shop anyway.
