I know some of you have followed my delimnas with a coach I bought sight unseen off the internet.
Well, all the news so far is good. The coach is in incredible shape. Be hard pressed to find any 12 year old vehicle as clean or as seemingly well maintained.
Thanks to al you who insisted I have the coach inspected before I made payment. For those who didn't follow, I kinda got in a pickle over timing and was gonna have to pay in full befoe pick up.
Anyhow, virtually everything the inspector noted was repaired or replaced to perfection. The inspector met me back at the dealer this morning for the PDI and was himself impressed.
The coach is super clean, I wish my 06 Tahoe or my house was as clean and well maintained.
The coach runs great, seems to have plenty of power, I was surprised as many have noted the lack of power the early v10/f53's have. Of course I havent loaded it up and climbed any hills yet.
The handling seems fine. The front end and sterring are tight and the coach goes down the road straight and the steering doesn't need much input to keep it that way, virtually no play in front end steering.
We operated all the systems numerous times during the PDI and everything seems 100%.

The true test comes tomorrow when I start the 1400 mile treck home. I won't push it and if I don't have any trouble(knock on wood), I'll try to make about 400 miles a day.

I am very happy. I made a great deal and I have stressed over my decision from the minute I made right up until I headed doen the road. I runs strong and cool, virtually nothing wet under the caochn no seeping ir leaks in drive train, just good old dry dirt and road grime. Iy shifts great, runs cool with High oil pressure, the ice maker was making ice, the stereo system works great. the seats are in amazing condition, the A/C's both operate perfectly as well as the heater and hot water.
We ran the slide and jacks numerous times and they worked perfect. The brakes are great(surprising actually).

I am happy.
Thanks to al who advised.
Now to those improvements.
Matress/tv's/satellite/tow system/toad/power improvement for towing and probably some air bags and koni's.
thanks to all who advised!
