My tag axle is not working properly. The passenger side drops and the tag doesn’t move. I checked the entire wiring harness and did all the testing on the hwh2000 box. All is good (I think).
Now I’m down to maybe the hose connections are mixed up.
Can someone with a 2005 Navigator post a pic of both the 6 packs in the rear for me?

I don't have a Navigator, but my 2005 Beaver is the same setup.
I just rebuilt my HWH valve. I had three of the electric coils bad. If a coil goes bad, the air solenoid cant open and add or dump air (depending on which coil/valve).
You can check the coil by unplugging it and checking the resistance across the terminals in the plug. 15.5 Ohms is good - if shows 0 (open) the coil is bad.

What makes you think the hoses are wrong? Did someone mess with them?
The Tag air bags are 3/8" hose (whereas the drive axle air bag hoses are 1/4" line, except for for the air supply which is 3/8" to both manifolds).

I checked all the coils and they all check at 15 ohms
What should the pressure switches check?

One checks .003 the other is nothing

The reading on the pressure sensors depends on the air pressure. For example, the 85 psi switch is normally open with pressure under 85 psi (so infinity ohms), and with pressure above 85 it would read 0 ohms (but .3 is okay as some resistance is normal).

The Tag Axle manifold only has two low pressure switches (and some HWH setups do not have a pressure switches on the Tag manifold, according to the manual).

When you say "one has a reading" and the "other" does not, are you testing switches on both the Tag Axle - which would be the low pressure switches (which are reading "air bag" pressure.

The Drive Axle manifold has three pressure switches - two 20psi that report air bag pressure, and one 85 psi switch that reports "system air" pressure.

The Tag Axle manifold has two switches (20 psi). Bottom pic is Tag Axle.

I have 2 sensors on each block
The two on the passenger side have a reading
The two on the drivers (tag) side have infinity or no reading
My pic above shows the tag axle block

I’m stumped because everything works great except the tag axle
When I push the tag button the passenger side drops and the tag doesn’t lift

If there is no air in the tag axle air bags, the pressure switches would read infinity.

The Lifting of the Tag Axle is done by a separate valve (IIRC). So the HWH would dump the Tag air bags (sounds like that is happening) and the "other" tag-lift air valve sends air pressure to the lifting chambers (look like truck air brake chambers) a the ends of the lifting arms.

BTW - as you were typing I was editing my reply above so it may be different now.

Now I traced the orange air line which fills or empties the tag lift, to the back of the coach
There are multiple solenoids back there
2 solenoids check 23 and the others check 13

When 12v is applied they do “click” like they are switching

I never heard any click from the solenoids, but I never actually paid attention to that. I would not think you would hear anything. I believe someone posted that if you put a screwdriver tip against coil when it's energized it will magnetically pull/hold screwdriver - if the coil is working.

When you say 23 and 13, I assume you mean ohms. I don't know the specs for the Tag lift valve/solenoid.

Can you post a picture of you valve setup?

My manual just shows a single valve (labeled ABS/Tag valve) used to raise tag axle.

There are several solenoids back here
On my Imperial they released and pressurized the tag axle but that had a different system

I traced the orange line from the tag lift bags to a solenoid back here

One thing I’m seeing is that the tag pressure gauge back here should go to zero when tag dumps goes up but it doesn’t
I shows full pressure wether it’s up or tag down

I don't think the pressure regulator will ever show 0 psi.

If you look at the piping schematic a few posts up, the air from the pressure regulator (say 40 psi) goes to the HWH Tag Axle manifold. If the solenoids on that valve are open the air passes through and goes to tag air bags.

When you want to raise the tag axle, the air supply solenoids close so air from the regulator cant pass through, and the HWH Tag dump solenoids open dumping the air bags.

But the 40 psi in the pressure regulator line does not dump (it just can't go through the manifold) so the regulator gauge would still show the 40 psi pressure.

FINALLY— I found the issue

I traced every line and activated each valve manually

In the end it was a massive hole in the drivers lift canister
It was so big it made almost no noise but it let all the air out of the entire rear system.

Put in a new boot and all is good now!!!🍻
