Pocket door removal

The wood holding the latch screw on the bottom of the door has broken. How do you remove the door to repair the bottom?

On our '06 Dynasty, there are two hangers that extend down from the rollers that ride in the channel attached to the ceiling. The two hangars are threaded, and each has a nut, and below the nuts there are nylon "keepers" that can be rotated to disengage from the hangers. Once you disengage the outboard end of the door, you can drop it down, and then extend the door far enough to disengage the inside hanger. The door is heavy, and it isn't all that fun to get it back in place, but that's how it works on our pocket door. Good luck with your repair.
