Robin, my failure to observe the obvious is the only surprise that I had. Had a duuuhhh moment that has lasted 6-months. I managed to co-mingle some facts, forget some facts and just not think through some "facts". As soon as I pulled the cover off the panel, everything clicked in place. Having the Fluke meter there to verify what I was seeing was the icing on the cake.
