Dane,
You need to secure the tank so that it cannot move up or down. The leak is from a fracture in the narrow collar of the tank. Four screws remove the tank, after draining, and then the fracture can be brazed. First two pictures show the tiny stress cracks. The third picture shows the functional but not pretty brazing job. I have had no leaks since fixing the tank.
