2007 Knight. I am having a problem with the black water rinse out, the tank hose that runs from the dump valves side to the other side of the coach to flush out the black water tank after empting. I have cleaned out the area in the hose where it enters the black tank, then tried to run water through the pipe without it connected to the tank with air and water. Nothing goes through. I hear water and air entering the pipe but nothing at the other end. My guess is I need to run a new hose from one side to the other. Any other suggestions? Tried to snake a wire from one end to the other but too many 90 degree turns.

My black tank flush has a vacuum breaker located in the bath vanity cabinet, maybe you have one and it is plugged?

I had the same problem. I removed the flush (Spray end) end at the top of the black tank on the other side of the coach. Its located over the fresh water tank. You have to use a phillips screwdriver to remove the screws to access the compartment. I replaced the sprayer and everything worked fine. I guess some of the holes were clogged. Do not know how they got clogged. I normally drain my black water before the tank gets too full. Could be from driving with the tank 1/2 full and the black water washing up. I also tried blowing out the tube with compressed air to remove the clog. No luck. Also hard water over time could have clogged the sprayer. Good Luck!

While on vacation this year, I let the black water tank get too full before emptying. I think toilet paper got stuck to the sprayer end of the tank flush nozzle. To help clean it I filled the tank about 3/4ths full of water and added some dawn dish soap then drove for a few hours before emptying. I believe this helped to loosen up the stuck tissue on the spray nozzle as it now appears to be working good.

Corvette Man....If I'm reading this correctly, you've already removed the sprayer that's mounted on top of the tank and cleaned it, but still no spray. If this is the case, you may have an issue with the anti-back flow valve in the hose line. It's what causes water to puke back out when you disconnect the water hose. I beleive the valve is just behind the panel.

Bill....The sprayer is on top of the black tank on the passenger side. You should have a "dead" door on that side that you can open by removing some screws. Once you open that door, you'll see a hose going into the top of the tank. You can remove the hose and then unscrew the sprayer from the tank. Mine kept clogging so instead of removing the sprayer I used an 1/8" drill bit and drilled down into it several times. I didn't really care if it sprayed, I just wanted it to deliver water from there.

They get clogged when the tank is near full. For some reason paper and debris pushes back up through the spray holes and then dries, plugging the sprayer.
