My Dynasty has AquaHot thermostats in the living room and bedroom. I replaced the 4 momentary contact switches on both thermostats and my original problem still exists. That is that the MODE switch in the bedroom does not show any options for either the furnace or the heat pump. When I first bought the coach, I could get the heat pump to work, but now all I see when I cycle thru is fan and A/C.
What else should I check?

The modes on the thermostat that are available are controlled by dip switch settings on a circuit board in one of your AC units. If you have two AC roof units and it is the bedroom thermostat then it is the back AC unit that has the settings for that back thermostat. Since you say that it did work at one time then the odds are the dip switches are set correctly and the thermostat just needs resetting.

1. Have the MH hooked up to shore or generator power
2. Turn the power switch on the bottom of the thermostat to the off position
3. On the thermostat push and hold both the MODE button and the bottom ZONE button in while turning on the bottom power switch.
4. After you turn on the power wait about two seconds or until you see (forgot exactly) but it is like FFF then release the two buttons.
5. Now check and see if you have all your heating and cooling functions.

If that doesn't work then check and see if you have a book on your AC units and look up that dip switch. It is either switch #3 or #5 that has to be on for the AQ to work. I can look it up if you need later.

I had the same problem in my MH a year ago and that is how I fixed it. Iy forces the thermostat to go out and read the configuration set on that circuit board in the AC unit.
