Pull Out size help on 40 PLQ

Hi all and new here but not to the RV life. I just bought a new to me 2005 HR Ambassador / Monaco Knight 40 PLQ. It has two door full pass through that I want to put slides in. Problem is I don't pick it up till this weekend and it is 4 hours away. I need to order the slides so I can pick them up down there. Can someone with either tell me the opening size and the width from door to other side door? Thanks a bunch!

Cheers,

Woody

Woody,
Welcome to the site. My rig is in storage, so I can't offer the dimensions you are requesting. Hopefully, someone will chime-in shortly.

What I'd like to offer is that you might save a bundle by purchasing a surplus slide-system. Take a look at: RV Exterior Body Panels Used RV Parts For Sale | rvexteriorbodypanels.visonerv.com

Robi, thanks a bunch for the link... Wow. All I can say is make sure the smoke detector battery works and you have a couple fire extinguishers.

When I put slides in my 99 Windsor, I just got the slides themselves, and put plywood between them for the floor. That way you can make them any width you want.

On my 07 pdq 40ft Knight the slide is 36 inches wide and 90 inches long, that is the way it came from the factory. Hope this helps.

Got to my coach so I could measure it. 42" x 90", I do have a central vac that cuts into one so it will have to be 33" wide.

They didn't mount your central vac high up on the wall?

No it's down towards the bottom where he would interfere. I did not look to see if I would be able to relocate it Hyrock which might be an option.
