Purpose of black PVC pipe under Norcold refrigerator

So, doing our first big modification to our 2003 Monaco dynasty baroness, putting in Samsung residential refrigerator. (Lesson learned why we came to this decision) We have 2 drawers under the Norcold. When we remove these along the left side of space is a black PVC pipe approx 3.5 inches in diameter that goes around the back wall toward where shower is, up toward roof, and down thru floor. We are "assuming" this is possibly the drain for shower area with vent to roof and going down toward grey tank, but would like verification in case we have to deal with it in order to be able to fit new Samsung in spot. Anyone who has a similar coach to ours and can verify this would be great. Have done a bunch of searches on this modification and looked at a bunch of pics, but don't remember anyone mentioning having to deal with this pipe. We have aqua hot system, so no furnace down there but a lot of electrical wires, gas line, etc.

Thanks,
Debbie

My 03 dynasty 42' regal is very similar to yours and I had no issues with the pipe. MAKE sure you leave the sides like they are do not add insulation the sides radiate heat. I closed off 3 of the 4 louvers in the outside door and it works fine in hot weather, it works fine on msw factory inverter with normal 4 batteries ( turn off ice maker button when not on shore power it uses a lot of power to make ice read manual ).

I made a new floor and saved the shortened drawers, I used a U channel from back of refer to bottom of floor it will not move I put deck screws thru front feet mounts into floor.

here is link to mine
