Quantum Furnace

Has anyone ad experience with the Quantum Furnace? It is a suggested replacement for my Hurricane hydronic system.

Phil, I guess the referral of the Quantam furnace was by a shop that sells them? Have you looked into servicing or repairing the Hurricane? How much working room do you have where the Hurricane is now? If you must replace you should check into the Vehicle Systems, Aqua Hot using a model compatible with the system configuration you have now. Good luck and keep us posted.

MM, Thanks for moving this to the Appliance area!

I was on a Beaver Forum and the Quantum was recommended as a replacement for the Hurricane. Thus far we have had problems with the Hurricane but have gotten it working and kept it working by being more maintenance intensive. Other Beaver owners of our era have had the same experience with Hurricane. That said, when it is working it works very well.
