Quartszite 2017
Hello to all fellow Monacoers. Big turnout last year and I think
Mike was running a daily total. Lots of work done on coaches also.
Sorry to say that we will miss out this year as my DW had an
unwanted and unplanned visit from the "BIG C". She start treatment
last week and will continue for approx. six months. We hope
to beat this and be back on the road next year.
Maybe God wanted us to stay home for a year so we can really
appreciate all the friends we met on the road.
We will truly miss the group at Q. Have another cookie for us.

Nick/Darla really sorry to hear that you won't make it. We also wish you a speedy recovery. We are thinking of stopping by this year to see what all takes place out there.
For a few night anyways.

The GPS coordinates for the Monaco Quartzsite roundup are:
N33 degrees, 37 minutes, 09.6 seconds
W114 degrees, 12 minutes, 36.8 seconds
Plug these into your favorite map program or GPS device. This is BLM land (Bureau of Land Management). Think desert. Surface is hard packed, not sand. No hookups (boondocking). There is a small BLM fee and they do have a centralized fresh water, dump station and garbage disposal area available.

Cad. This is the site for Monacoers at which specific time, as noted in thread or a different time. I have heard different times. Hoping to see everyone for my first trip.
