How about January 16th to the 24th that is when the big RV Show is going on (aka big white tent show). I believe incorporating those dates would be good. Sanford

Quartzsite and Blue Grass

We attended the Monaco camp at Quartzsite last year for our 1st time. We are planning to attend again this year. We will first be stopping at the Blythe Blue grass fest, Jan 15, 16, 17.

Are any other Monaco campers attending the Blue grass fest?

We went last year and had no idea what we were in for! We ended up joining the Quartzite Yacht Club, highly recommend this. We'll be back this year for sure, no idea where we're camping, lots of options though.
We rode our bikes into town down the 5 mile death road to town. I bought a Meyers Manx tow'd as soon as I got home. Now we'll be cruising all over the place.

deSanford, DW and I are headed there this year for first time. What's considered early? Is it doable with a 45'er?

If you bring a coach that big you have to bring a couple extra cookies.

When is early is a very good question. I'm sure everyone here has a different idea. Depends on how long you want to stay. Don't worry there is lots of "choice" spots, and even if you have a 100' RV there is plenty of space. When I get there is up to the DW. I would like to be there on the 13th of January to the 18th. We have a cruise starting on the 24th of January. Sanford PS If others are interested maybe we could have a "Potluck" dinner on the 15th the night before the big tent show begins.

Drifter, who adjusts all the misaligned doors that show up at our Monaco, Beaver, & Holiday Rambler get-together, also needs nourishment to keep him on task.

Cookies will not be a problem! PS; our arrival is always dictated by DW. No matter how important I deem it to be.
