Sandford,
I vote to volunteer you to spearhead the pot luck dinner. Keep up the good work and find us a date for it.

This is it and it is confirmed: Paul will be talking about his Norcord and Dominic refrigerator safety device, and cooling fans the 24th of January at 4:00pm with a actual installation for all those who want to see how his patented device is installed. Also at this time (HAPPY HOUR) light snacks would be appropriate. Paul's install tentatively is scheduled between 5 and 6PM and YES we will have a GROUP Pot Luck dinner beginning at 6:00pm around the camp fire. Please bring your signature dish along with your favorite beverage and eating utensils including dish and appetite. Since there is no picnic tables at our desert location anyone who has a "portable" table please bring for the food. Please don't forget some wood for the evening campfire. Anyone who would like to share information on a product or have a good RV adventure to share on other evenings with our group please contact Drifter aka Mike to schedule. Drive safely and keep the greasy side down. Looking forward to seeing everyone this year for a GREAT get together.

Sounds pretty good but the times may need to be backed up because sunset happens at 6:00pm. So I would suggest 3:00 for the talk and 4:30 for Pot luck.
Your call on this.

So shall it be. Duly noted and conveyed to Paul. Attention all Quartzsite attendees: Third and last change in time for Paul's presentation on refer safety with propane refers and our new time for the Monaco Community Pot Luck. The actual installation of the safety device will take place before the Pot Luck for those interested. Salads, main courses and deserts your choice are all welcomed.

We hope to be there!
Our first ever winter-over. We are spending Thanksgiving and December in Southern California and heading east to for the rest of the season. FMCA in Indio and then to Quartzsite for show week. We don't where we are going next.
We have only been through Quartzsite once in season and were quite overwhelmed. I assume we just show up at your location and drop anchor. Should we know anything else? Be gentle it is our first time
John & Donna.

Show up, be happy, and enjoy. Firewood is always appreciated for our nightly campfire.

So what is the ground like around the bonfire/pot luck? I could be talked into calling simple square dances (singing calls) accompanied by my banjo and any volunteer musicians on guitar, etc. Let me know so I can practice...
