We slept in a queen for more than 25 years before fulltiming in this coach 3 years ago.
The king made it real hard to get around the side of the bed nearest the closet, making very hard to make the bed. (That side if the bed was tight against the back wall of the slide out)
The sleep number bed has never been our favorite, and it recently developed a leak.
All of these together helped us make the decision.

With the bed not centered on the headboard, up against the rear wall, no night stand as well as being so close to the closet as to restrict access leads me to believe that king bed was a custom order from Beaver.
Can't imagine that would be a standard floor plan.

Our coach was brand new and it also has the King in it. Dog loves the King.

John's floor plan is same as mine. I ordered mine with a king, per wife’s instructions, and Monaco put the one nightstand to the rear by the closet, opposite John's. Who figures this stuff out!

And your nightstand looks like has drawers. As in 'usable'. Ours is real narrow and just basically a shelf.
New nightstands are on my to do list (which never seems to shorten for some reason).

John, those are wide drawer faces on skinny drawers. Monaco sure fooled you!

Did you build these wooden frames for the glass sliders? They sure look better than the metal frames on mine.

Gdawgs, Do you have those step lights wired so they automatically turn on when you open the door? I want to do something like that. Right now I just purchased 3 of those magnetic battery powered LED lights for that area. I hated opening the door at night and having to fumble around trying to find a light switch in the dark. I would also like to have a way to have either the porch light or the grab handle lights come on when I use the remote door lock at night, basically just like the 'puddle' lights on my F-150. Anybody done something like that?
