Has any one purchased parts from Race-Mart and having or had any problems with obtaining the parts ordered in a timely manner?

I have ordered some shocks and Race-Mart keeps advising parts will be in soon. It has been 30 days since I ordered a set of Koni shocks still have not received.

Did you check them out on the net before ordering? Appears they are known for "backordering goods" even though their site says "on hand". Then advising they had to special order which per their site - is non cancellable!

Future reference: On Google type the name of the outfit followed by the word "review"..... You'll get reviews of their operation.
BBB reviews are also available thru their local BBB (local to their store).

It took a couple of months for mine to come in from another supplier that was highly recommended here. It seems they stay sold out. I just had them installed and they were worth the wait.
