It might be a bit early to ask and make some plans but we were wondering who else is going to Lancaster to the Monaco pre-rally? We are leaving Sunday and staying the night somewhere and then coming in Monday morning.

Who is going?

Karen- Looking forward to meeting you and Jeffrey. Deana and I will arrive Sunday at the campgrounds ( my understanding it is $20 w/ 30 amps) to avoid traveling the CA freeway "system" on a workday. See you there.

Jim and Deanna,

We were thinking about that also. Since we are paying the dogsitter to be there Sunday already we might do that. We just didn't want to leave until about noon or so and not sure we can make it before they close. I'll have to check and see if they close at 6 but I was thinking they did. We also thought we would find a campground so we could make sure we were totally full waterwise and empty.

Will let you know what we decide. Looking forward to meeting you!

Karen

Actually we are only bringing 2--Sparkle and Luna. The other 2 are staying home--Surf has been limping and not sure what is going on so we don't want him being a wild man--he jumps up, spins, etc. What a butthead he is
So he is staying quiet so he can perhaps heal. Might be his cruciate--not sure yet.
So it'll just be 2 of the girls who are so sweet.....
Hope there is grass there as they are spoiled princesses who must have some nice grass to go on............
So MM there is room--just share your bed with Luna

Karen
PS--she is ONLY 170 lbs and loves to snuggle

We will be at the Monaco Pre-Rally in Lancaster before going on to the FMCA Convention in Pomona right after. We are going to Outdoor Resorts in Indio on 2/11 for a few days, then into the Thousand Trails Soledad Canyon Park on 2/16 (which opens on 2/15 after major renovation). The TT Park is about 20 miles from the Monaco Rally at Antelope Valley Fairgrounds in Lancaster. We will arrive on 2/18. Look for our La Palma with the GoneFishin sign and the iRV2 logo sticker.

Anyone else going?

Rick and Mic,

We will DEFINITELY look you up! You can't miss us--green and tan 38 Diplomat, Arizona license plate--MSTFBIS--stands for Mastiff Best in show.

Trying to figure out where to stay Sunday but maybe at site--just wanted someplace to stay to shower, dump totally and top off water.

MUST take dogs too as 2 of the furkids will be with us

Sure hope there is grass at Lancaster as those girls are SO fussy about where they will go

We arrived at the Thousand Trails park - Soledad Canyon - just south of the Monaco Pre-Rally location. We are about 22 miles away and will move to the fairgrounds in Lancaster on Monday morning. There are quite a few Monacos in the park.

Anyone from iRV2 in the TT park?
