Removed the washer and dryer for more space

Now I need to either buy or build a storage bin system for towels and other stuff. Anyone do this already and could post pictures of what you did with this sizable space?

Yeah, our washer and dryer gets used! No more waiting at the laundromat.
We have found that we don't need near as much stuff as we once thought (towels, cloths, stuff)

We took ours out too. I'd rather spend an hour in a half doing laundry in a laundromat once a week. We can do five loads at a time there instead of one at a time in our old washer/dryer combo. Everyone's different.

We keep a dog kennel, a case of bottle water and other bulk supplies in that area. All I did was cap the drain and stuck a cap on both hot and cold lines even though I shut them off in the basement.

When on the road we go once every two weeks or so and load up the machines, dry and fold go back to the MH and put the clothes away. Sometimes we use the camp grounds machines. We wouldn't like to wash clothes every day or other day with a small washer and dryer in the MH. Some laundries have a 4 minute wash. You drop off the clothes takes 2 minutes and come back at your convenience and take 2 minutes to pick up the wash and fold. NICE....in fact some laundries have FREE pick up and will return the clothes the following day all arranged on your smart phone. Super Suds in Long Beach, Calif. is one that provides this fantastic service. That is the "wave" of the future.

Nice!

The reason we did this is because I am a traveling Drag Racer and don't have the time for laundry. We will put 25k miles a year on a coach. I sell weather stations and need a place to store them and other things.

The pic Bob Covey posted is what I was looking for. Don't need a wine drawer since we have a wine rack above the TV and I don't drink anyway.

When we started looking one of DW's must have was a washer and dryer, while it may not be quicker than a laundromat, we don't need near as many clothes as we normally would without one. As DW usually does a load every day, so. Also very handy if you want to go out and want to wear something that you wore a couple of days earlier.

I think we have strayed off the original post.

We don't stay at RV campgrounds except for a few months during the winter. Most of the time we are at a race track or traveling to one. Hard to use the washer while dry camping at a race track.

What kind of job is it to remove the washer/dryer... looks very tight. If I get help from an RV company how much do they charge and can a moble person do it?
