Thumbs up Replacement shocks - Help!

I'm trying to figure out if my 38 HR 2008 Ambassador is an RR8R chassis or a RR4R??
I pulled up the 08 brochure and it states RR8R but that's for a 40'. So is my 38' the same as the 40. Looking at replacing the Monroes with a set of Bilsteins. Does anyone know the model # of the Bilsteins I would need and do I need 4 or 8? Thank you so much for your feedback!

Your coach is on the RR8R chassis even through it is not 40 feet and you need 8 shocks.

We used Summit Racing to purchase our Bilstein comfort shocks. No one else had them in stock back in June. Pricing was very competitive. Be advised that some suppliers call them heavy duty for some reason. But our research showed them to be same shock. Follow the replacement chart listed in previous post. Ours changed out very easily and we are very happy with the results

shockwarehouse.com Competetive price, had the shocks in stock and arrived quickly.
I would verify the mountings to be sure you get the correct shocks for your coach. My Bilstein shocks are not listed correctly in the shock guide. They do not show a pin top mounting listed, which is required. All bottom have cross bolted attachments. But not the top. Just to be sure they match up, take a look.
