Has anyone replaced their stock 2 section jack knife sofa/sleeper with a 3 section jack knife sofa/sleeper?

Occasionally we travel wit 3 or 4 adults and use an air mattress on the floor. THis is a PITA.

I looked at the original sales brochure for our 2009 Safari Cheetah and noticed they offered an optional 3 section jack knife sofa that offered enough room for an adult to sleep.

I assume install would simply bolting the new in place of the old, would like to know it thats true. Also assume the added section would negate having the under sofa storage drawer.

Where did you order you order the sofa?

Thanks

Didn't replace our two seater with a three seater but with a chair and ottoman. As far as removal simple as unbolting and moving it out thru the door. Was a tight fit!

We removed our jackknife sofa and replaced with two Ekornes chairs and ottomans. Had to remove drawer, unbolt from the floor and then disassemble into pieces to take out the door. It was a pain, but worth it !
