If you have the most common type hinge I've seen, which are held in place by either self tapping or self drilling and tapping screws, there's a do it yourself/easy fix that should last quite a while. Just remove all the hinge screws from the door or the frame - but not both. Then shim the door high enough so it won't drag or hit at the top (up about 1/4"?), and drill a complete set of new holes for the screws you removed. Don't try to use ANY of the old holes over again! You need all new holes (including those in the hinge) to do that because if you try to use any of the old holes over again, there may not be enough material (you can't move the door, or the hinge 1/2 hole?) to securely hold the screws in the new position. I would use maybe 2 screws per hinge at first for a trial fit prior to drilling all of them.
