Resealing Roof

Well, started on resealing my roof yesterday, 99 Diplomat 38A. Thought this was going to be fairly easy, got a 6" and 4" roll of Eternabond, caulk, cleaner and a quart of primer. Started the prep work and found out the PO thought Silicone would be a good idea, glad he isn't here or I'd be in trouble by now. I figure the only way to be sure I have all the silicone off is to go ahead and pull the old tape up and wire wheel the adjoining area to bare aluminum. Well, at least now I'm sure it has an aluminum roof, kept seeing references to aluminum and fiberglass. I'm also using some acetone to remove the excess tar like sealer under the old aluminum tape. Plan on running 6" tape across both caps and 4" down the center seam and around the vents.
Once I get the resealing done to my satisfaction I plan on covering the entire roof with KoolSeal. Any body have any suggestions as to which version of KoolSeal would be best? Seems they make about a dozen versions with each being the 'best'.

Only bought this MH last July, got a real good price knowing it needed some work and slowly getting everything right on it again. This forum is one of the best forums I've found on any subject and definitely the best on RV's, have learned some much over the past year and hope I can start contributing in the future.
