Looks really nice!!
What mh did you put it in? What model Samsung. We're looking at the RF18 to do that in our '05 Windsor.
Any major issues?

I have a '05 Windsor PDQ, with furnace below, and trying to make sure of height fit with the furnace staying, and alteration ideas. The '06 Knight has about 3" more ceiling height, I think.

We have a residential refrigerator and I have accidentally forgotten to lock the doors. While going around a curve or turn the doors open and all that is inside falls out onto the floor. Milk is the worst to clean up and by the time you can pull over it has gone everywhere! That will put a damper on the greatest of days!

Yes it is - I agree.
As for locking the doors while underway, all you really need is a short velcro trap to wrap around the two handles. We also secured the freezer door with a longer velcro strap that looped through small eyelets screwed on either side of the wood trim.

If doing this mod it would be a good time to confirm your 4 corner weights as the residential frige can be significantly heavier than OE fridge.

Someone also mentioned they put in the LG LFX21976ST/07. I haven't compared dimensions yet.
On my coach, the refri is in the hallway, so it's pretty narrow when doors are opened.

While knowing your weights and avoiding an overweight on any corner is important, the Samsung refrigerator and the Norcold 1210 weight almost exactly the same at 251 vs. 250 pounds (according to online specs for each). I just looked it up, as it was my previous impression that the Samsung actually weighed significantly less than the Norcold. But as it turns out, they're the same.
