We are at Camp Guaranty (yes Sacs, it's past noon and we are waiting for them to p/u the MH), and <STRIKE>we</STRIKE> I have a question about ride height. I asked the service writer to have them check it. He asked what type of problems am I having? He said if they check it and no adjustment is necessary, it could be a charge that we would have to pay. I said I understand that a fraction of an inch could make a difference in drive, handling, etc. (This is our first air system MH and I have read a lot of the postings on iRV2 about it.)

It was interesting that he said the phrase "adjustments" of any kind are not usually covered by warranty, but if something is not working, broken, etc. that is covered.

How would I describe the problems I might be having if the ride height was off? Should I have them check (at $100/hr)? Thanks!

Tell them that it's not handling right, that it seems to pull to one side or the other. Depending on the service writer that should do it.
