If the plungers stuck due to corrosion or dirt then that is something to worry about. Are you draining both the front and rear air tanks on a regular basis? Have you changed the air dryer filter? I took all 18 of my solenoids out and took them a part and replaced the internal orings because I had a couple that were leaking but none had failed. Those solenoids are the same as we use on nitrous systems on race cars and they are made by Peter Paul Company and I know the owner really well.
What I was told was the coils had no power. 1 was open to ground and would blow the small fuse. And the warranty co would replace the valve and coil solenoid assembly. So that's what they did. It fixed the problem. I do dump my air on a pretty regular basis. Is there another procedure for draining the air Tanks? Yes the filters are changed annually.
