I signed up for the Roadmaster Chassis Pre-Rally in Eugene.
July 31 - August 2 http://www.rv-chassis.com/rally4.pdf

Schedule - http://www.rv-chassis.com/RallySchedule.pdf

Sponsored by Source Engineering, Cummins NW, Roadmaster, Pacific Power Products (Allison, Detriot) and New Coaches provided by Guaranty.

Lots of technical seminars and hands-on checking of my chassis by their techs. Includes breakfast, BBQ lunch and beer keg party.

It should be a lot easier to get one-on-one help than in Salem or Redmond.

Who is going to join me?

Luke

Yes it does, Bob! The kit will include new proprietary “Custom Tuned” Bilstein shock absorbers and a complete specially designed anti-sway bar package along with a steering stabilizer. It will be available only through Source Engineering and their Authorized Dealers.

This is one reason why I really would like to see as many folks go to this rally. I think this will be the best place to get all the inside scoop on this new system -and what better place to learn about this system than from the designers/manufacturers!!

This does not seem like the components I would expect with a ride enhancement kit. The only thing I see that would improve the ride are the shocks and we already have Koni's and the steering stabilizer. I was expecting a better air bag or something like that.

Bob
Bob (nodine) ...the shocks have been tuned to work with those bags - which is why I believe they are not changing out the bags. (At least that is how I interpreted the conversation.) I will have to ask Sacs if that is how he understood it also.

I am now begging any of you that if you are thinking of going to please sign up ASAP. I think we need somewhere around 5 more or so coaches to sign up or this Rally will be canceled. The information will be great and I think it will be a much more personal rally.

Thanks MM, we got home from out trip yesterday afternoon and found our Internet not working. I just got a new cable modem from Comcast and trying to get things back up as I type. We hope someone tries those new shocks that has already tried Koni or we will not have a clue if they will improve over the Koni's. Drop to much money in the Koni's to jump in to fast. I want to know the change would be worth the cost and trouble.

Bob

There is a good chance that the rally will be a go!
Rumors are out there of many others planning on showing up. Can any of you that may show up-for even one day PLEASE contact Jim or Scott at:
Source Engineering
PHONE: (541) 935-0308

They will need to have an idea of how many folks will actually show so they are properly prepared.

Thank you for your cooperation!
